Job Description
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is an online, open world, action shooter RPG, set in a collapsing and fractured Washington, D.C. This rich setting combines a wide variety of beautiful, iconic, and realistic environments in which the player gets to experience the series’ trademark fast-paced action, rich RPG systems and dedication to authenticity in world building.
As our Lead Artist you will support the team with structure, pipelines and workflows. You’ll also manage the collaboration with codev, providing feedback and guidance. You’ll also take the lead on strategic decisions regarding how to push Character Art forward.
What you’ll do

Produce and deliver quality 3D assets for the game (Character Art, NPCs, weapons and gear, Cinematic assets)

Prioritizing and managing the team’s day-to-day tasks to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to specifications. Balancing your workload and the team’s workload to reach the best results within the given time frames.

Collaborating with Producers, Tech Artists and Concept Artists to push project quality.

Hold recurring performance feedback sessions with your team

Several years of experience with Character/3D-Art from within the game and/or TV/film industries;

Ability to realize characters from concepts and Art Director briefs;

Understanding of game development workflow;

Degree in 3D Art, a related field, or the equivalent work experience;

Proficient with industry-standard tools (e.g. Maya, 3Ds MAX, ZBrush, Blender, Substance).
