Ubisoft Massive is solely a game development company and, as much as we would like to, we unfortunately don't have the resources necessary to provide customer support for our games.
Due to the recent acquisition of Massive by Ubisoft Entertainment the technical support is currently in transition to the new organization. In the meantime, please take a look at massgate.net for help and assistance with "World in Conflict".
Regarding the "Ground Control" franchise please contact Sierra's customer support or the local distributor of your game. Additional support information is always available in the game manual.
